We of the Council for the Defense of the non-Act warmly invite you to participate in the DEMAGNETIC INSTITUTE OF PORTLAND’s 1st annual
PAIDOON Drama SYN Musikes PARADEIGMASIN Mutant Cabaret-
JULY_____________ 200_______ IN PORTLAND, OR.
Inspired by the vienna group’s (not actionists) last and least successful (anti)literary cabaret (KINDEROPER 1964).

Each invitee is asked to submit a (non)performative proposal (not to exceed) 30 minutes in length and containing one or more of these four elements;
MUNDANENESS
INEPTNESS
ZERO DEGREE HUMOR
FOUL PLAY
Upon receipt of proposal a member of the Demagnetic staff will promptly dispose of and then retrieve the original text to be reviewed by a counter-board for the purpose of further dissolution (if possible).

Examples of Proposals:
Parody of historical a. garde performance/and or conceptual art piece.
Original (disposable) “performance” work-
Flux-like piece (reinterpretation or otherwise)
sound poetics (hysterics)
non acts
skits (unlearned)
sub-theatrics

Step down toward the middle with the Right foot, followed by the left foot tapping and then stepping wide. Step with one foot and lift the opposite knee. Then lift the L knee. Place the L foot on the floor followed by the R foot. Step with the L foot and lift the R knee. -) Step with the R foot and curl the L leg. Place the L foot on the floor followed by the R foot. Step with the L foot and curl the R legStep with one foot and kick the opposite leg: Step with the R foot and kick the L leg. Place the L foot on the floor followed by the R foot. Step with the L foot and kick the R leg- Step with one foot and lift the opposite leg to the side with the R foot first. Place the L foot on the floor followed by the R foot. L foot taps the floor and steps back. L foot steps up, R knee is lifted, R toe tapped, R knee is lifted, R toe is tapped, left knee is lifted, left foot comes down, right foot goes up.
